Meeting Rooms and Conference Space

From 2 to 250, The Bethel Inn and Country Club has a meeting space to accommodate your function.  

The Main Inn

The elegant Main and South Dining Rooms overlook the golf course and can seat up to 250 for banquets. Large doors separate the two rooms which individually seat over 100 for dinner or 200 for business meetings.

The parlor, lobby and the Gibson Room, with its original Charles Dana Gibson drawings and fireplace, can be set-up formally or informally for groups of up to 50.

The Library complete with fireplace provides a warm setting for meetings or dinner parties of 25 people.

Cocktail parties for up to 150 people are accommodated by combining the Lobby and the Gibson Room, both elegantly furnished and with their own fireplaces.

Conference Center

The 5,000 square foot structure is located across the Bethel Common and appropriately distanced from the Inn's recreational facilities.

The lobby area of the Conference Center, designed with cathedral ceilings and stone fireplace, is ideal for registration and coffee break service.

The main conference room has the capacity to seat 300 people theater-style or 175 people classroom-style.

The conference room can be divided in to six breakout rooms by utilizing soundproof dividers. Each breakout room ranges in size from 30 to 50 people theater-style or 20 to 30 people classroom-style. Each has its own natural light and entrance.
